Mobile proxies faq

The mobile proxies are the highest quality IPs that are obtained from mobile phone operators. The IPs are provided at random and they come from very large pool.
IP addresses from cellular networks are very natural and ideal for working with social networking sites. While IP addresses from data centers can be blocked by social networks, mobile addresses should go on.
Of course. Each customer gets access to one 4g modem that they use. No one else can access the same modem at the same time.
We provide two basic types of mobile proxies. Static and rotated. The first of them are ideal for constant work with the same social accounts. While the second type is ideal for, for example, setting up new accounts or simulating different users.
You can change the IP address to a new one at any time using the button that you will find in the order details. From time to time, a mobile operator may change the IP address by itself. In a rotated packet, addresses change automatically every 2 minutes.
By default proxies are http/https, but on demand we can change them to Socks5.
Basically there are no limits, but we can't say that our service is unlimited. We apply the principle of fair usage. After some time of testing we can estimate an average usage that is enough for our clients and keep our service at high level. If we notice that you consume a lot of our bandwidth, we can turn your service off.
YES :) Our automatic system works 24h, so when you order and pay for proxies you should get them in few minutes. However, it can happen that, for technical reasons in exceptional cases the waiting time for the allocation of new proxy can be extended to 24 hours.

Budget proxies faq

Yes they are private, only you have access to them. None of our proxies are shared among several users. In our store, we offer only private proxies.

There are only two situations when we can refresh your proxies.
First when proxies don't work and it is our technical fault.
Second when you pay for next period and wish to replace old proxies with new ones.

We decided to allow the connection only to specifically indicated pages due to the fact that they are the most desirable services among customers. At the same time we tried our best to optimize our proxy under these pages so that you can receive the best possible service on the network.
In addition, we have very limited opportunity to place our ranges on spam lists, so that only strengthens the quality of our proxy.
Using Scrapebox to verify the proxy, the program first sends a query to its servers by checking the anonymity level. For this reason, our proxy are marked as failed (403 code) because Scrapebox servers are not on the list of sites under which the proxy work. But don't worry! They work fine, you can use them to scrap tons of links directly in the harvester.

IP for authentication is an IP address from which you will be using our proxies (the ones you bought). So for example if you use our proxies on your computer you have to provide your home IP. If you use proxies on remote server you have to provide IP of this server etc. This prevent anyone else to get access to your proxies, only person with provided IP can use them.
You have several ways to contact us. Just log into an account and open a new ticket. You can also send us an email, our script will make automatic ticket for you.
Our proxies are tunneled. This means that the IP address you see in your order is just a gateway. Each port that is different leads to a unique IP address that makes the final connection. The end recipient sees only this unique IP address, not the gateways you use.
After buying the package you get allotment in the form of a single IP address and different ports (as many as you chose in order eg. In the selection of 25 pieces. Receive an allocation range of ports, eg. 1001-1025). It will look like this:

111.111.111.111:1001
111.111.111.111:1002
111.111.111.111:1003
e.t.c.

Each port is a tunnel to channel to a specific proxy server (unique ip address), which already will perform a connection to one of the specified in the offer pages. Authentication of proxy will take place after the IP of space usage. In each program, you can use the assigned IP with range of ports, just as you did so far, ie. adding a proxy in the format IP:PORT.
So in another words:
Each ip is different, what you see are just gates.
As our ips are tunneled. It means that each port represent different/unique IP.
So in another words the proxies you see:

111.111.111.111:1001
111.111.111.111:1002
111.111.111.111:1003
.
.
etc
.

are different, each port is tunneled to different ip which is making final connection.

We would like to emphasize it again, each port you see is really a unique IP address.
When you have active Static Mobile order, in your order details you should see an API link which will allow you to rotate your mobile IPs.
The sample link should look like this:

https://panel.massproxy.com/apir/order_id/Unique_key.php?order=order_id

To rotate your proxies you can use for example a CURL query to this link in your script.
All proxies from your order which you want to rotate should be passed in GET format at the end of above link.

The sample query should look like this:

https://panel.massproxy.com/apir/order_id/Unique_key.php?order=order_id&ip1=IP:PORT
Where Unique_key and order_id can be found in your order details, IP:PORT - is your proxy which you got after order.
In the above example the user want to rotate only one proxy.

https://panel.massproxy.com/apir/order_id/Unique_key.php?order=order_id&ip1=IP:PORT&ip2=IP:PORT? etc...
In the above example the user want to rotate two or more proxies.

You can rotate any from your proxies you want. Just pass them in GET format in link above.
Please remember that you can rotate each proxy no more than once every 5 min.
If you want to know if the proxy was rotated, just read output CURL response, you will also find there any errors if occur.
